Vanessa Quiles, of Bayonne, NJ is the 2013 recipient of the CIBS annual Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) Scholarship Award. Quiles is a Junior at FIT and plans to pursue a career in cosmetics/health and beauty packaging design.
